Memories

As another night goes by, I stay awake and ponder some of the memories which have taken my energy and light away. Going through changes makes you a much stronger human being and brings bigger and better things into your life.

As I step into every new day things get brighter and brighter, pretty soon all of my light will shine through once more. Each stepping stone is the stone to goals, dreams and bettering myself. Guidance through the Goddess and God will bring me to peace and love. I haven't lost it....

Reconnecting with my higher power and my inner strength is going smoothly and I wish for others the very same. My guardians are always with me and I feel as though if it wasn't for them I would be alone... I am never alone. No one is ever alone.

I give myself in service to people in need of healing and love. No one will ever be able to take this from me, this is who I am. Memories of the past fade, new ones form and that is a great feeling to know you can let go. Many of us can not let go and just be; letting go is the very best thing you can do for your spirit.

Every obstacle or bump in the road can be over come, light and love are the best of healers. I would never see someone suffer if I could help it... especially Children and survivors of any traumatic experience! All my energy can not be drained unless there is a negative force around me, I can feel the heaviness of negative.

Everyday is a new adventure and embrace what you can, you only live once in this vessel. Enjoy the beauty around you and never sacrifice too much. With every ounce of my inner self I care and I would never want to change that. I love me for who I am.

I may make stupid mistakes from time to time but I am human and I can let it go now without beating myself up about it. Healing from memories is a process and I am ready for the challenge!

Gratitude for the Men and Women of our Healthcare system.

To the Men and Women of the Nova Scotia Healthcare system I simply can not express the gratitude and thankfulness enough to these people. My name is Wanda Lynn Ellis (Boutilier) and I had been suffering for many years with C-PTSD, DEPRESSION, GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder), DD (Dissociate disorder) and DA (Dissociative Amnesia).
