Once I had a dream, no one could take away. This dream enveloped my entire heart; I could see it, feel it; it belonged to me. One day the dream vanished, someone had taken it; it seemed so far away just beyond my fingertips and it seemed I could never grab it back. Left feeling like an empty vessel; a turtle without a shell. Exposed to all to attack; like something to be directed by another. I began to grieve, but my to my heart it seemed wrong. Who has the right to dream; Me. My dreams can come true even if I am blue; overcome that oppression; Give my life a chance to thrive, everyone deserves that. So I ran, ran as fast as I could chasing my dream. It's mine I can do this, maybe not to your bliss but to mine. I will never give up, stray away or go away from my dream; Forgive me, forgive me my dream you will not go unseen. Because I will Let go. Wandalynn

As I walk out upon my balcony I feel a soft spring breeze; immediately it is relaxing and invigorating. Listening to the birds chirp and sing makes my heart happy; knowing blossoms and leaves will soon be revealing themselves. Sensing all of this beauty and calm; memories of winter fade, bringing a sense of peace, serenity and reflection. The dimness of winter fades into new growth and vitality. All the while imagining the dreams, all the creative beauty; wondrous life. Wonderful scents, tranquil sounds painting a perfect picture of children playing, families gathering, and the promise of Summer. The beautiful earth bringing its circle around once more. Every season has its beauty but Spring renews, inspires, and creates the most splendid sights and smells reminding us we live on the most uniqu...

I thought I had forgotten the first spring thunder Sparks of magic gripping the earth That splendor of the first spring storm It all came back never lost the nack of riding the sea of forever watch the rain glisten into golden waves listen to the wind howl Raindrops battering the rooftops As you stand in the doorway my heart sings of the first spring rain What joy your life brings to mine, many mountains to climb Unsure if my heart will heal, you can't imagine how you make me feel Bring the thunder of two beating hearts together like passion with purpose Things are not the same without you, my heart will never forget Those raindrops, the thunder, passion and greatness of two as one Living loving the same things, togetherness, tenderness align the stars Come back to me my thunder, please remeber the first spring rain

No one on this wonderful earth of ours can escape human suffering. Not one of us can dodge mental illness at one point in their lives, many of us relentlessly refuse to admit they have had any problems in their life. So many people; so much suffering. Loss of loved ones, War, Sexual Assault, Abuse, Oppression, Failing economy, Starvation, Homelessness, the list goes on and on. How many of you can say you have never encountered any of this?? While there is no secret to any of this; There are many ways to cope with it. Everyone deals differently, handles differently and lives or dies by choice or by illness. Every action we make every decision we make ... it is all choice and how we choose to deal or cope. Going through stressful events no one is immune no one, still we have people who ridicule, diminish or exclude people who are suffering. Maybe from their own problems; or simply because they don't think of others. Human kindness; REACHING OUT TO HELP OTHERS NOT FEAR MONGERIN...
