Mental Health Taking a dive

Does anyone ever wonder why there are so many people not receiving help??? Well people are scared of PTSD, Personality Disorders and cutters. In my opinion if your too scared to help people who need it ... your in the wrong line of work. Many people slip through the cracks in the system and end up Dead! I am so not sorry for being blunt about it because it's true. Also if you don't know how to help people then get another job... Does anyone know what control Pain, emotions, sex drive, thoughts and motor functions etc... that's right your brain. So. When anyone calls what your disability is mental... haha it's your brain... not just "in your head" it's an actual physical part of your body, I am so tired of listening to people say this one or that one is "crazy", 'slid off his/her cracker" and so on... Just wait till it happens to them... anyone can get depression... and 1 in 3 people have a Mental disorder of some sort... that'...

Yoga the Physical Meditation

 Yoga I have found in my experience that Yoga is a great way of focusing your mind, developing a greater balance not only physically but also mentally. It takes mindfulness to the extreme.. Concentrating on your breathing and your postures. This is not always easy as some poses are held for a long period of time. But with daily practice; your mind, body and spirit come together as one. Breathing in positive energy and exhaling negative energy or daily anxieties. The proper way to breath takes patience. Breathing in fully through your nose to the very bottom of your spine. Moving through the pose the breath should last from beginning to end in a flowing smooth motion, and finish at the end of each movement. On the exhalation the breath should finish as you finish your movement. Everything is flowing and fluid, breath with movement and focus. As it becomes a routine; your mind will be quiet and relaxed. When is enough enough

How many times can you say no, ask for help or have your needs looked after?? Well in my case I always drag on and on until I am sick... No. This is not the way to go about it. I finally realized that I am important in everything I do... When someone needs a helping hand I extend it, but not if it means pulling myself down. If someone says NO I respect it, I have to ... That's their wishes. I try my best to meet others needs, as long as it is a two way street... there's no problem!! Sick and tired of being sick and tired... yea that's it. So when I feel enough is enough that's what I mean... and I need now to stick to that. All too much in today's society people take others for granted and mistreat them... this is time for change. No ignorance, more tolerance, more giving and sharing and less greed. Everyone has the potential to be the best they can be, and room for improvement is always the case.
